Yes, I will be a Perfect. That was Cell said in Dragon Ball comic #32. To get a perfect form, Cell have to absorb 2 android (it's not a smartphone but robot). At the first level, Cell looks so old, then at second level he looks like a bandit, and then the final form he looks so cool, the mightiest among the other character before Son Gohan get angry and set him into pieces. What a great saga made by Toriyama Akira-san.
